Optical Jump Start

1. We set up your on-line participation in the Optical Production Tracking software program, developed and licensed by Ophthalmology Resources. We show your optician how to easily enter data on a weekly basis. Production tracking is compiled for a three month period.
2. We gather key information from about your optical and combine this with reports we compile from the Optical Production Tracking.
3. Pam Fritz, president of Ophthalmology Resources, makes a two day on-site investigation and observation at your practice/optical.
4. An overview analysis and recommendations report is provided.

Program Timeline:
Month 1 - Start dispensary tracking program and analyze key financial data about dispensary from practice. Analyze 1 month's Optical Production
Month 2 - Conduct on site consultation and observation analysis. Report conclusions from on-site. Analyze 2 months Optical Production.
Month 3 - Analyze 3 months Optical Production. Make recommendations going forward based on both Optical Production and On-site Consultation.

Cost: $5,000* plus travel expenses for the on-site.

*Price is based on a single practice location with one optical. (Multiple locations by quote)
